Your webmaster
received a note from Bob Armstrong (our class president)
regarding his status and some information about his family.
Bob has been retired for seven years from Epson America with
previous employment with Sunset Magazine. His wife, Karen, has
also retired as an audiologist and school nurse. They have
two children and six grandchildren. Bob mentioned that his
eldest granddaughter is married with a two year old son. I
believe he also rates as a "great grandfather" (old age has a
way of doing that these days and his failure to note this is
possible sign of early senility). Bob is enjoying his life
long hobby as a member of a model railroad club (lionel size).
(This may be a first in reported hobbies of the class of 1955).
When he returns to acting like an adult, Bob enjoys photography,
travel, puttering around the house and gardening.

needs to get his house enclosed before winter sets in.
(Don...at your age, watch out for those ladders).
Karen Wasser reports in that she
owns an art gallery in Ashland, OR. It is very eclectic
(spell check was needed for this word, for those poor souls
not graduating in 1955 from RALong HS, as it means an
approach or method incorporating multiple styles and
choices) featuring stuffed animals, artifacts and antiques.
She has live jazz once a month. The address is Gallerie
Karon and Gallerie Menagerie at 500 A st. #1, Ashland, OR.
